Great Shot! Love the colours and the effect of the motion blur. Is it a small lizard in its mouth? What shutter speed did you use?

f/8 1/125s, could be a lizard, not sure.

Hi Glen, thanks for the well thought comment you gave on my pic today. It are comments like yours I'm here for, to bad one doesn't get them too often... I partly agree with you, I also had the fe eling that the black space was a bit too big. But, luckily, this was not the best effort with these houses, I will post another perspective with a totally different compo soon. Stay tuned if you want, and feel free to critique any of my shots.

 

I like your first picture here, it is very dynamic and it shows you know the craft of image-making well. Hope to see more from you soon.

This is a very interesting shot, the use of panning to capture the bird at speed gives a really great effect - something out of the norm in alot of bird photography. The speed and movement conveyed almost makes the photo look too busy, but I like that about it.
