Nicely done, Mark. Very soft and tender. The earring (upper right) is a bit of a distraction, but a very nice photo.

Mark, what an outstanding creation/photo!

The earing, not sure. The bright shine of the earing does balance the light to the left and bottom so, I personally don't even see it as a negative (my view).

The mother's check could be worked on a little, less blotchy and slightly lighter in the hollow behind the check bone.

Your rendition of the baby is a 7/7 for me, the overall photo is a 7/6 for me. Great cropping and great story!

Thank you very much for your critique, Dave. I didn't want to overprocess this. I shot it at high ISO, so that might explain the cheek. I'm still debaing on that earring ;)
