Basketful of Wheat

Wheat, the staple food of Tunisians, stored in weaved baskets.

This Wheat picture was taken in a Troglodyte settlement where we were served some of their tradtional sweet mint tea ( tasted real good ) & some of their staple food, ie, the Nan ( the yellow bread ) which tasted very well with their home made honey (in the metal cups). Please see the attached picture of the simple snacks served to us cooked within their Troglodyte home.
