Let me swim against the stream and vote for this version as my favourite. The warmer colored deflects too much from the vanishing point, and the B&W is a nice alternative but the colors are too attractive to be ignored in this case IMO. A quite uniform palette, with kind of break by the lead-in street. My clear favourite of the mini-series

I like what the color is doing to the lighted and darker areas,the nuances of hues, accentuated by the bright path. I like the diagonaly point of camera, very nice.

I also like the color version better...it does reveal more details and ambiance..
