Emmanuel Enyinwa 0 Posted April 3, 2007 I musta missed the coronation. Was it a grand affair? Link to comment
katzpjs 50 Posted April 4, 2007 It is a simple matter to be a King when one crowns oneself! I disagree with the image title, but I love your image. Very Nice. Link to comment

bosshogg 4 Posted April 4, 2007 A little Bud here and there will not hurt. Even V8 can kill you. Cheers Link to comment
Emmanuel Enyinwa 0 Posted April 4, 2007 V8 kills? Well, that brings up that famous "twinkies" defense from a case in California several years ago. The guy said he ate too many twinkies, which raised his blood level, leading to a chemical imbalance, which drove him to murder. That must have been the "King' of twinkies he ate, or at the very least a Duke. Link to comment
bosshogg 4 Posted April 4, 2007 I was just trying to get Micheal to lighten up on alcohol and expand his horizons. Actually, though, anything in excess is bad. I recall that several months ago, a radio station in Sacramento (?) had some sort of contest that involved drinking large amounts of water, and a contestant died from water intoxication. I'm not trying to promote Budweiser (I surely have had my share of Bud over the years), but just thought it was a pretty unusual advertising display. Link to comment
LindaM 2 Posted April 4, 2007 i have heard that the tallest structure in a city is what the people in a culture worship. (i think that may have come from Joseph Cambell). anyway, in our cities, it used to be the church, now large business structures.....i guess here it is the beer! Link to comment
bosshogg 4 Posted April 4, 2007 That's an interesting concept. I suppose it would be obvious that the tallest structure would be highly important, but I think it might be stretching it to say that. As always, quality should be more important than quantity. I and I think most folks would rather have a little gem than a huge chunk of coal. Thanks for coming by. Link to comment
