This photo about 'picketing' is about 'pickets' as that term is used

in fences e.g. picket fences and other things that use vertical

lines, such as these ladders. Your comments and critiques are

invited and most welcome. If you rate harshly or very critically,

please submit a helpful and constructive comment; please share your

superior knowledge to help improve my photography. Thanks! Enjoy!

This is just one entrance to a famous garden in Paris -- just across from Rue de Rivole, down from the U.S. Consulate and very near Coco Chanel's and other famous fashion houses such as Dolce & Gabanna, etc., and near the U.S. Embassy. The garden is that of a famous palace, the name of which I cannot quickly recall, but it is easily findable if one has perseverance.

I 'found' this from 'afar' and just waited.

There is no way one could just 'see' such a photo without anticipating it.

So, I just stood there and waited for the ladders and men to walk by and pressed the shutter release one time, and that was that.

Success.

It would have been greater if my vantage had been better for a wider view -- there was a distracting object at the left, I had to crop out, so I cropped the right commensurately.
