Wilson, this is an amazing shot. I love the sharp building details, brilliant color, and pleasing saturation, not to mention the lights in motion. A little humor with the contradicting sign at the bottom.

In the details you said you combined two exposures. Did you combine these in PS using layers? If so, what Layers settings did you use?
