Strong tonal and the light effect, nice composition. Like it.

I like this and would suggest a couple of small things. If you have Photoshop use the transform/skew option to straighten the left edge a bit more. Also a little tweaking of the adjustment levels would add a touch more snap and contrast. You may lose some highlight detail in the lower right cloud, but the overall image will have more drama.
