By looking at the larger version I felt a incredible sensation of being there, as rarely happens to me. Great work!

The landscape is not that spectacular, there's no sun, the sky is nice, but not that rare, that makes it all the more special that this is IMHO a superb photo: the moody atmosphere, the sense of 'being there', as Mauro already said, the translucent sky, the perfect sharpness/detail/colors/exposure. This is a real eye-opener for me: a landscape one might easily overlook turned into a splendid photo, very inspiring! (one question: is this HDR?)
