aurelien_le_duc 0 Posted March 25, 2007 Since the original photo may be very beautiful, the post traitment is very much for me. Doesn't work at all, more a infographist work than a photographer's. Sorry... I have just visited your gallery and I confirm: your photos are great, but this one, not for me ;) Link to comment
hyde 0 Posted March 25, 2007 Sorry to disagree with Aurelien, but for me this is a wonderful conceptual exercise. Really outstanding. Congratulations! Link to comment
morophaenixmau 3 Posted March 25, 2007 Aurelian for me has not the pleasure of playing and of irony! I love this photo! Ciaomau! Link to comment
sansmeat 1 Posted March 25, 2007 I think this would have looked better with only 1 piece missing. The white are is too large and distracting. The missing single piece at the bottom with the pices around it would have looked better in place of the large white area. ~b~ Link to comment
laurencewahlberg 0 Posted March 25, 2007 I think this is excellent, a nude picture with depth beyond the obvious, - Great work! Link to comment
drache 0 Posted March 25, 2007 Funny idea! Yes, I agree, maybe on or two missing pieces would have been better?! Link to comment
anthonyd 0 Posted March 25, 2007 I like the concept! And I'll throw in yet another opinion. My thought is that it would better if there was one less piece of her missing so that the white area was not a square. Then remove one or two pices from other spots on the photo. thomas_doering 0 Posted March 25, 2007 first of all I would like to thank you all for the lively discussion. One of my basic principles is to keep the pubic area off the photo. In my first try with the puzzle gadget I only removed one piece. But this would have caused me to 'flip' that piece and show its back. Would should I show on the back of that piece? So I removes more pieces. Now I could overlay the pieces in a way, that even on that pieces the pubic area can not be seen. The idea for that was caused by boredom. But I have never seen that idea before. So it is hard to understand for me, how one can rate the originality with 3 or 4 points. But that is another discussion and of course it depends on everyone's fancy ;-) It seems that the opinions about that try have a wide range, and this is why I think this try is a success. Best wishes, Thomas Link to comment
bengt_ljungkvist1 0 Posted August 12, 2007 I appreciate pictures that you can "make a journey" in, to discover new aspects and that makes you think twice. This is one of the best! Link to comment
