The joys of the early spring

This was shot so, that I opened the window and hold the camera outside

while driving. The weather was just awful, but I like this image,

because it tells an accurate story how it looks in here just now. :-)

I get a sense of danger because it's raining on a snowy road. What is unresolved for me is how the car is in the picture. Is it about driving on slippery roads? Good picture.

Actually, this is more like a personal record about the weather and the overall feeling. :-) I was asked to shoot some images about how it looks like in here, when the winter is about to leave and the spring slowly wakes. I drove very slowly, but I wanted to keep the water puddles and the falling snow/rain drops on the lights. The car shows very poorly - now that I look at it, more accurately - it is in the lower right corner... :-(

 

If you look at my "B&W Misc"-folder, you may find many more such shots, but the car may also show in a better way. :-)

Perfect capture!

Great capture of the rain/sleet/yuck/crappy/freezing rain/blah/snowy stuff falling in front of the lights and the street lights lighting the way. I KNOW how the slush on the road is to drive on and it is NO FUN! I'mglad you made it home safe.
