Hi. I really like the angle of her head and the lighting on her head and dark shirt. I think it may be better if the side of her face on the right side of the photo was a little darker, and if it was cropped to take out the part of her arm or whatever it is on the bottom right corner, since it is a little distracting with the relatively sharp angle of the shirt. Also, I'm not sure if its the curves adjustment or sharpening, but the outline of her face near her chin looks very adjusted and a little unnatural. Finally, I would like to see a little more of the eye on the left of the photo without the hair blocking it... she seems like she has beautiful eyes. Nice portrait though. Cheers, Alex.
