What an excellent action photo Rick! A landscape with a real difference.

Rick, this is a striking image! I really like it! Fantastic processing work too - no easy task with such an exposure. Outstanding combination of light and action.

Geez...2 of my favorite photographers digs this image! I like it too. It was fun shooting this as the waves coming up that blow hole were sure powerful. I shot a couple hundred images trying to get this one right. One of these days, I'll get my butt in gear and try to really market my images.

David and Marc's compliments obviously speak volumes. As an average photographer, a shot like this is something to aspire to. I think what I like the most about this is the way the mix of water and sun emulate the grass. Stunning work, thanks for sharing it! -Anthony

Perfect composition and mood!

Stunning is an understatement Rick! So many elements make this shot work of me...but I think the what is most striking is the comp with the symmetry between the wave - and your skill to time it as you did - and the foreground grass. A fantastic image!

This is a great original photo. The lighting in the grass and behind the water is wonderful. I would suggest not saturing the sky with blue and cyan so much... it is a little distracting and takes away form the power of the image. Also, I'm not sure if this would make it better or worse, but I would lighten the rocks a little with a curves adjustment. Still, very beautiful.
