Rockabilly Ghosts I

dbcooper

Members of the Road Rockets Hot Rod Club with a modified early '60s Ford F100 pickup. The exhaust outlets are fabricated from old stainless steel fire extinguishers, and are rigged with sparkers to ignite unburned fuel when desired...they can throw flames back about 6 to 8 feet...very cool to see! The chopped '32 Ford Coupe from 'Rockabilly Ghosts II' can be seen in the background across the street. Fountain Square in Indy is all about the '50's. Popular today, but it's never changed since then. It's one of the few places in the USA you can still go duckpin bowling. Mamiya 645 Pro TL, 80mm lens, f/8 @ 1/250 (x 2), double exposure, Ilford B&W film, scanned from a silver halide print.
