Sondra, that is grand scenery that you have captured so well, probably would not be half as good using regular b+w panchromatic film......Jim

I am sitting here looking at this and thinking, after reading your discussion, that it would be interesting to see a comparison photograph made simultaneously with an unmodified camera using visible light. It seems that you have great distance in the above image and I am wondering if the IR cut through a lot of the intervening atmosphere. By the way, nice photograph! Regards.

I like the three layers which lead the eye to the absolute highlight, the mountain surrounded by clouds. It looks like a classical painting. *r*
