I climbed a tree and they are landing in another, nearby tree. The nest already had an egg, so they were a little nervous of my presence, so I left. Link to comment

rquesada 0 Posted May 26, 2011 Thank you for your comment. this picture was taken at a nesting site. Macaws nest in high tree trunks, so I had to climb using climbing equipment to a nearby tree. The pair were returning to the nest when I took this picture. Camera was an Eos Rebel and lens a 100-400 Canon. Aperture priority at f5.6 in evaluative metering.Regards, Link to comment
