Did you have continous mode on? You got em at just the right moment, but the shadow on the snow makes it. The only thing that would improve the shot would be a completely snow covered background to make the animal stand out even more. I would crop this one a bit, taking more top than bottom off, to focus on the rabbit even more.

Looks like he's performing a levitation act! What great timing! These little buggers can really scamper... how did you ever manage this shot? Fantastic! Love it!

Wonderful photo...........Wonderful capture!..........

ALSO wonderful modern technology.........Superb camera, superb expensive lens, worth every penny you paid for it with an amazing photo like this.

Well done!

This is a great shot. I had to immediately check the details to find out the lens and the settings you used. But above all, I would imagine this took some careful planning and lots of patience. This is the type of shot that doesn't need a great composition as the frozen action grabs all the attention. Congratulations.

Just out standing work alround superb shot and as for timing well that has to be 10/10.

This shot made my day, just to see what can be done!

Many thanx Richard.

It's a bird, it's a plane, it's Super Rabbit!

It's a great shot. Your timing was impeccable and the focus spot-on. The idea of cropping it a bit (earlier commenter) is interesting thought - would have to see both to decide which is better. This one is worthy of a large poster.
