Nice portrait... good light and DOF... the wall on the right and it's shadow distracts me a bit though. IMHO.. I would crop it out, and take her out of the centre... balancing her with the table. Over all, it's a nice shot!

...agree with Angela - about the wall and about it being a darn fine picture nonetheless. It is very eye-catching. I like it a lot.

I cropped it out but it made the photo square. If she were facing the other direction it would look fine. But the crop put her to close to the frame. I know the wall catches your eye like clothing caught in barbed wire. I might photoshop it out. If anyone wants to edit this feel free to do so and post it.

i meant the picture is eye-catching, not the wall. The wall is a minor distraction (although it can't really compete with the model for attention), but it remains a stuning photo! If i cover up the wall with my hand, i see what you mean - the model ends up sitting right up against the frame, facing out. It doesn't work that way. Having said all that, i prefer the picture the way it is, the lesser of the two evils. Darn, that is a beautiful model and a stunning pose! I need to change my rating for aesthetics from a 6 to a 7...!
