Hello Ladies!

This shot of a Bighorn Sheep was taken in his natural envirnonment.

He was watching over his harem and looking quite proud.

 

Any comments, critiques are welcome.

Really good detail.Very crisp.

Nicely composed Linda, lots of detail on the subject and the background is soft enough so as not to be bothersome. Looks like the new lens is working out for you. Is this one of the herd from around Chase?

Thanks for the comment. This one was taken on the Kamloops Indian Band Reserve land just north of the Pow Wow grounds in Kamloops at the base of Mt. Paul. I haven't seen any Bighorn near Chase, I'll have to be more alert.

Great capture, Linda! The sheep looks proud and elegant, I love the color tone also. But the frame seems to me a bit too heavy on the sheep?

Thanks for your comments. I used a Canaon, Ultrasoncic, Zoom EF 75-300 mm. This is only the second time I have used it, still new to me.
