Technically nice photo if not a little contrasty (blown out whites), but that could be from the sunlight and the pure white of the figure material. If I was taking this photo I'd try this with a wide angle and shoot it from right below Jesus and look up towards the sky. Still a good shot though.

thanks scott, actually this photo is alot wider, the neg is 6x6, but scanner will only scan 35mm, im working on getting a medium format scanner though. great idea about staning directly under statue. i would like to get this shot early in the morning or maybe late in the afternoon, i took it at like 2 in the day when the sun was beaming directly on it. thanks for a critique..

You should go a bit more lightly on the contrast.
