Fabulous spot, and an excellent image - I think a slightly lower point of view would have made that amazing rock formation stand out better against the deep blue sky rather than be somewhat lost against the similarly colored mountain in the background.

Hi Steve, Thanks for your comments. Unfortunately this area is heavilly roped-off. I attempted to get a better view point but was firmly put in my place by the attentive duty ranger!

That's what it's all about. Excellent! I love it. You got the best view point, that's why you took the shot. If there was better, you would have been there, but it's obvious your on a slope and ond foot is a foot above the other and your squating. Perfect! Congratulations, beautiful well exposed shot. I am sure you took many to get the right one. Chad B

Really precarious; reminds me of the flower pot island rock formations here in Ontario;)
