Portrait of my parents inlaws, taken when we were seating together

and having a tea break, while light was not more available, then this

gas lamp was lighing us.

The idea is very good, it gives a feel of the mood. But also in this type of lighting situation it is essential to watch the quality of the light. ON the woman it is nice, on the man it does not work very well. You can reposition people, depending on the use of the image. Otherwise, be selective. Going just for the woman would give youa great image.

Thanks Arjen, to think about my pic. You given me some good ideas, actualy I didn't do much at the time of picture taken, I just had my camera with me at the time, which usualy not be with me, so I just composed as they were as it is, and clicked it.

I guess I see it differently than Arjen, I'm wanting the mirror image of Dad's shadow on Mum's head. Cool shot nonetheless.

Too much out of focus, but I like the characteristic lighting and colours. Interesting shadows on the wall.
