Let me take you through a walk around the Medina ( a distinct city section found in many North African cities. The medina is typically walled, contains many narrow and maze-like streets, and was built by Arabs as far back as the 9th century CE.Medinas often contain historical fountains, palaces, and mosques. The monuments are preserved for their cultural significance (and are also a draw for tourists).

Because of the very narrow streets, medinas are free from automobile traffic, and in some cases even motorcycle and bicycle traffic. The streets can be less than a meter wide. This makes them unique among highly populated urban centers.)

and see what is interesting.

I saw her outside a shop, a pram with her baby sibling infront of

her. She stare directly at my camera & never look away when I

clicked. Thanks for viewing & feedback.

The color, light and contrast on the face are juct superb. It is a wonderfull shot, but in my opinion the purple dress is a bit distracting.

Beautiful and tender portrait, dear Cherlyn. The kid's expression and the colors are great. I like the balance and DOF. Lovely child! Regards!

Amazing! I love her expression! And the lack of color in the background and her dress somehow helps to bring her curly hair and lovely features in focus. The overall effect is like the classical paintings I saw in the museums. Really beautiful, Cherlyn!!
