Superb composition. Wonderful play of colour and light. I could imagine it also just a little longer possibly, but I guess there may have been some distracting elements.

Carlos, this is beautifully composed! The detail that strikes me is the thin white line of his shorts.

Carlos, very nice composition of blues with the human addition, figure and shadow. I like the point of warm color added by the man's body.Well done!

Carlos, I just came across this photo and love it. To me, it seems that you have kept the boy a boy but also made him an object, a part of the composition. So I get a wonderful feeling of the humanity of environment. He is the "warmest" part of the photo (his beautiful orange skin tone) against the blue and that makes him remain the subject while interacting so uniquely with his environment. A very beautiful study to look at and a very thoughtful photograph for you to come up with. I wanted to give you a 7, but because you were so generous with me, they won't let me give you a 7 yet! (So 6/6 and much deserved.)

What is so wonderful about PN is the opportunity to see so many different views of the world. Your kind comment on my fiddler picture brought me to your portfolio, and it is a real joy to look at. I picked this one to comment on because it has elements that particularly speak to me: strong, simple composition with a human element. I wish I could take pictures like this. (by the way, the wall lantern keeps the image in the realm of reality; removing it is also an option, but the whole scene then heads into a more surreal place, which is OK, but I like your version fine).

Thank you for being on PN and for sharing your beautiful vision and expertise with all of us.

The boy a little over saturated, looks  like he  ben grilled on the sun. The  image and the composition is  perfect, you have  talent  young man.

Cheers.
