This is an amazingly beautiful composition. I love cemeteries, and the way you've captured the essence of "spookiness" is exceptional. The tones, lighting and detail work perfectly.

very nice! you've created a fantastic atmophere here. one detail though the grave in the foreground looks a little too light compared to the rest.Anyhow, it doesn't matter that much, great work!

Almost everything is perfect in this shot. Birds make a great frame, one of them sitting there... Just the tree touches the middle headstone. But accept that - amazing visual efect. Great.

How many photos did you use? One for the crows? One for the tree? One for grave stone?

Interested.

Very good.

Thanks everybody.

Alex is very right.

I did change it a bit: the tree is now lighter and the tombstone is a bit darker.

It looks better indeed.

It's guys like you who make this website so wonderful!

Thank you !!!

Amazing the way the light reflecting off the foreground stone illuminates the bird perched upon it. Really nicely seen & captured :)

Great shot Peter. I love the composition. The lighting is spot-on, with a little edge light on the tombstone and the tree silhouetted. Great background with the clouds but the birds really make it a 7/7!

Very illustrative shot! The feeling of this shot is fantastic. The slight angle makes it even more creepy.

Hi Spomenka,

I try to make my compositions as real as possible. All components in the image are real. Even the bent tree does exist and the skew tombstone is also skew in real life . I just assemble them using my imagination. Getting the light right is the most difficult part. I did adjust the light on the big tombstone as Alex Bieth (check out his gallery!!) suggested (see above).

This website is so much fun.

Thanks everybody!
