Tears out of my eyes when I saw this image on the page now as I was searching for you all over the photo.net for months.

 

 

This is a wonderful Landscape , very well exposed and of very great DOF and composition, impressive saturated colors and an image which I did enjoy viewing to the maximum.

 

Do you remember once you asked me to crop an image ?

Very striking landscape. I like the fallen tree in the foreground. It contrasts and highlights, at the same time, the verticalness of Sequoia's wood

Great place found. Lovely view, misty climate - great colours and composition.

Very nice image...well captured. I love the foreground tree which adds depeth, and the fog and snow which are integral to this image, but don't overwhelm the beautiful trees.

Michael, My wallpaper, for a while at least while I study it. Gotta love the rich foreground colors, especially considering the type of film you usually use (info omitted for this shot). I too like the interplay between the diagonal log and the vertical tree trunks. I wonder, had I been the one to come across this scene, if I would have recorded it nearly as well. (I'd like to think so but I somehow doubt it) Thanks for the lesson. Best, LM.
