peter.gargiulo 0 Posted March 1, 2007 The size of the model, compared to the rest of the shot, really doesn't do the model justice. I'd come in closer. Link to comment
anthonyd 0 Posted March 1, 2007 I could not disagree more. Go figure! It's the massive, cold, overpowering steel, lights and concrete that first grab your attention. Then all lines lead to the subject, which is the complete opposite. Love that! It is better viewed larger though. The cape was very smart. The shoes need to go. May have been cool to have tried this with her arms and legs in an "X" position as well. All around, I really think this is a great shot, except for the shoes. Just one man's opinion, Anthony Link to comment
dee 14 0 Posted March 1, 2007 I can't figure out how you lit it! I see the shadows from the lights overhead and behind, and there is a nice faded darkness up to the camera... But her body is lit evenly and wonderfully as if there was a strobe not 5 feet from her...! The photo is amazing, as mentioned above, the lines and angles all work very well together, and I have no problem about the scale of the model. I can't even see the shoes though! Really nice photo!
