Haven't checked out your photo's for a while.....been busy writing a thesis on Chinese religion....hence a new folder here 'Chinese deities'. Think 'Pu Hsien'is my favorite in the folder as I like the colors. Taken at Taipei's Long Shan Temple..........went there today actually, as at the start of the new year, they welcome in the new 'year god'known as the Tai Sui. There are 60 of them in all, as the ancients believed that a human life should last 60 years..........anyway....

 

I love this photo......definitely one of your best. I wish I could paint something like this, but unfortunately I never will. Not sure how you got such a cool pose, but it works.

 

Your work is getting better and better.

I love this shot. The expression on the girls' face is adorable. She truly is having a conversation with the little goat. This is scrapbook material if I ever saw it.

I was very green when I snapped this...and I actually fell for that offer of having it selected and printed in a special book of "award winning photography"...you know the ones. I don't know if that scam is still going on, but I bought it...hook, line and sinker...(>8...I felt quite foolish later and now I find the experience somewhat amusing. It's nice to see people still enjoying this image.
