The guy has a great character about his face with the wrinkles and hair, and you captured it well. You may consider trying to get rid of the car on the left in the background, since it draws attention away from the focus of the picture. Along the same lines, his shoulders are not especially important to the impact of the photo, so tightening the crop around his face may help. Nice photo in any event.
