bartimeus1 0 Posted February 22, 2007 These images from the theatre play are real fine. You have managed to capture the strong emotions and you have achieved this under the difficult lightning and, if I am right, during the show. This one expresses in a great way just the feeling as the name tells. The darkness around the subject creates a mysterious threat or "spirit of anxiety" to the presence of her. Well seen, shot and processed! With warm (and sleepy) greetings, Alpo :-) Link to comment
vancouverphotographer 1 Posted February 23, 2007 The moody lighting and the sharpness you were still able to get is amazing. Link to comment

John Peri 1,029 Posted February 23, 2007 Nice capture, strong expression. Michael, I tried taking some photos in a theater ten days ago and was politely but firmly asked to stop! Do you have backstage access? Link to comment

mmene 0 Posted February 23, 2007 This is from the general prova of a theatrical play that my friend Aggelos Dellis made the scenography. So I was free to move all around the theater . In some scenes I used the build-in flash but it was just a disaster. I captured all the scenes in 1000 ISO . I used a 8 in. monitor for checking the available light and regulating manually almost each shooting. Link to comment
