It is a lot of good vibrations in this picture. I love it.

The green palm, red lights from the cars and the blue skye... Amazing!

For my opinion its good but not best night shot. Fr the future try to set exposure time over 2-3 minute ISO 200-400 . Or you can use yours electronic flash in "free mode" to eluminate the cars and freeze it. Try and you will get a superstition (fantastic) results!
