I like

the contrast of the two hardhats against the black

the juxtoposition of the graphic shapes of the mixer drum, the rectangular box of the pumper truck, it's green paint, the four round tires (would like to see a smidge more to not clip the tire RHS), the "Turner" sign, building structure, guard rail

with the jungle/jumble between the trucks

and then the figure between behind/ below the mixer drum .

To this viewer, the order of emergence tells the story of

people -- engaged in a big bold activity -- involving complex tasks -- back to people making it happen.

Strong graphics/contrast for hook, and a story for depth make for good photography.
