Evening on the river Chobe

I really like this photo because it intersects a scenic depiction with the emotion of being there. The subtle banding of colors is also well presented. This could be a perilous journey to a dangerous destination (Apocalypse Now, for example) or a shot from a wild party boat or anything in between. I imagine this printed out 4' by 3' and hanging frameless on a white wall.

Nice panning and slow speed, great colors.

I confess that I was expecting something different; the Chobe is a mighty river with a distinct signature, which I don't find in this photo.
