stormphotonet 1 Posted February 15, 2007 Thanks Julius working with the VR lens and learning it and one thing is the VR needs to be off with action shots this is shot at 160 sec at f-8 but I am having trouble getting the front and back of the car in focus and finding that panning is not all that easy lol I am putting the center spot on the tail lights maybe I need it at the center of the car, any ideas would help thanks and happy shooting everyone, Ken Link to comment
dee 14 0 Posted February 15, 2007 Your really experimenting in these last couple of shots eh? It's good work! Better to experiment with things you don't know how to do than get stale with what your good at! Great Job Ken! Link to comment
stormphotonet 1 Posted February 15, 2007 Darren thanks by spring I want to know that D200 and lens like I know my name. When we have a big tornado in front of us, on the road, that is not the time to start reading the drivers manuel. lol Link to comment

stormphotonet 1 Posted February 15, 2007 Ok I am seeing something on the wheels and the lug nuts, on the end that is not in focus or blurred there is an uneven spin in the wheel, anyone know what this is? Is it a pan or focus problem? If you look at the other car next to this one it is the back of the car. lol ok I know I am a nut Thanks! Link to comment
simus 3 Posted February 15, 2007 Kenneth, I like it very much. It transmits very successfully the sense of speed and power. It seems it leads the city. Antonio Link to comment
stormphotonet 1 Posted February 15, 2007 Thanks Antonio it is the family SUV we have so many here in north Texas and I have been looking at this part of the road and there is a drop in the road I am thinking maybe this is the uneven spin in the wheel Link to comment
