I dearly love this. Maybe it was taken 100 years ago, maybe yesterday. Anticipation and senuousity caught half-way through a dream. The garters and spikes finish an extraordinary eyeline. Nice tonal range.

Wonderful pose, beautifully done.

An image that encapsulates a simple yet satisfying statement of the elegance of the female nude. Wonderful curves and lines and a pleasing interweaving of the sense of the casual (the model's hair) with the structural (the shape of her legs). Really nice work, John.

A photographer can seize a special moment and capture it on camera. He cannot however add the elements of grace, charm and sensuality that only the model can express. This young lady is exceptional, because she also knows instinctively how to remain herself while doing it.

 

Admittedly, what is important also is a strong complicity and understanding between the two, or neither of them will perform correctly.
