michael_hansen3 0 Posted February 15, 2007 Nice job of separating the background. Good relief of contrast and balancing of shadows and highlights. I'd use a different tool for the grooms right cheek...the pattern looks unnaturally uniform. The adjustment on the ear is flattering...I wonder what the couple will think about that. Overall, I think the tonal adjustments are good, but I think the flaw elimination was a little heavy. Interesting to see the before-and-after...thanks for posting. Link to comment
sirabalde 0 Posted February 17, 2007 The lighting is really amazing now you've worked on it. The lady also looks very sweet now. What I do not like is the way you've changed the mans face. His cheek is gone as well as the dimple. Generally you can not retouche men as much as woman or else they look like dolls... The job on the woman is perfect but the job on the man does not work at all... I suggest pasting in a little of the first picture on the half of his face... Why not put her dimples in back too?
