Stayed for the Winter

This little guy hangs around all the time. Very cooperative at

Beautiful colors. . very nice background. . . yes, some do stay for the winter. . I wish they would visit my backyard.

We only have one in the winter and maybe 2-3 in the summer. I've heard you're supposed to put out numerous feeders if you want more than a few coming around, so we'll try that this summer.

I say this is a 7/7 even if I'd have brought out the colors a tad bit more. A fantastic image Kim!

What a delight to see a Hummer in the winter. We had four or five Ruby Throats last spring and summer here in Oklahoma. Nice capture and detail. Get a couple of hummer feeders you out on your window. You'll be able to get some great close ups...

This has to be one of your best shots! I feel like I could reach out and hold this little guy in the palm of my hand right now. Wonderful color and DOF!
