Sharp and clear colours. Nice!

A great shot. I can definitely see it as the front cover of a travel magazine.The canal and pavement draw the eye in and the hues in the sky are fantastic. I like the way the colour of the area comes across, despite it being a night shot.The boats and reflections are remarkably sharp given the 15s exposure. I would prefer the highlights of the streetlights to be a bit more discrete, but thats really nit picking, and beyond control. I was in Venice that night and remember how wonderful the dusk light was, but was unable to capture it for myself. This shot brings me right back.

Thanks for the critique James, it is amazing to think you were in Venice as well! We were blessed with great weather that week. The boats were all tied up so that really helped with the stillness, there was literally no wind either.
