davidmccracken 2 Posted February 9, 2007 A friend suggested I post the colour version of this to see how it does on its own merit. I guess if it does badly I can blame him. Feedback appreciated. Link to comment
anthonyd 0 Posted February 9, 2007 Actually, I lean towards this one. The colors in your shirt (You've been working out!) just seem to add interest. Might be interesting to grab a couple of ink pens and do a series of shots with that Chilli as a tattoo! -Anthony Link to comment
dee 14 0 Posted February 9, 2007 The B&W version is great... But I prefer the warmth of the colour shot. Just my humble opinion. Link to comment
eimages 0 Posted February 10, 2007 I like this version better also. The warm color brings out the beauty of the skin. The color of the shirt contrast the warm color so very well. I think I seen that shirt before... Alex Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted February 11, 2007 Alon, If you click on the word this in my request for critique you will see the B&W version. Alternatively click here Thanks for stopping by. Anthony, It seems most people lean towards the colour version, even some die hard B&W photographers. Colour pens! Now there's an idea. Darren, Humble opinions are almost most welcome... often more so than not so humble ones. Thanks for yours. Alex, Thanks for adding your opinion. It does seem the colour version has the edge. You may have seen the shirt before but probably not on me. Owen, I have to blame someone when things go wrong. Thankfully it looks like I don't need to blame anyone. Thanks for the advice about posting this. Link to comment
blackdogstudio 1 Posted February 12, 2007 David, the colour version is very nice indeed. Love the interplay of the lines - the shirt and the light modified by the Venetian blinds. It was an inspired suggestion that you received. Very nice work. Regards. Link to comment
