williammccarey 0 Posted February 9, 2007 I'm a sucker for dog portraits anyway, but this one is great. Your clever use of nice complementary colors makes it especially nice. And Mr Dog's one-eyed expression says it all. It's his place in the sun, so watch out! Link to comment
clayton_berg 0 Posted February 10, 2007 Great looking pooch. I like your post processing work here, it gave the shot alot of character. Link to comment
lbattjes 0 Posted June 5, 2007 Hi, Linda. Again, I've found an image in your portfolio that I just couldn't pass by...this is great! Did you posterize this? If not, which effect did you use? It compliments the image well. Very sweet. Leslie Link to comment
ldavidson 4 Posted June 5, 2007 Hi Leslie, Thanks, glad you like it. I used 'film grain' I believe. It was awhile ago. I like to experiment, I don't use that one often. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted June 8, 2007 My dog often peeks at me from behind things or around corners, so needless to say, this one appeals to me. I really like it that we can see only one eye. I also like the painterly color treatment which doesn't obliterate details. I would actually hang this on a wall in my home. Very nice work. Link to comment

janusz1 0 Posted March 17, 2008 This is quite cinematic... I think... the fact that you chose the moment with -one eye- makes the shot... there is definitely a communication taking place :) Link to comment

juan-de-santa-anna 0 Posted June 17, 2008 What a wonderful portrait...the graphics of this image speak volumes...the look of of old one eye...speaks of the heart...I would print this pup on watercolor paper and fight Jim for it! Because I think it would look better hanging in my house! Very Nice...juan Link to comment
