Pierre Dumas 260 Posted May 24, 2007 Maybe so, but should be flipped horizontally! I don't care so much for that rule, but it bothers me too here! I have thought about the bases of these rules and came to a conclusion that they are based on something in the human psychological construction! But I must ask myself, do the British and Australian people agree with the rule from the left to the right, ha! If they do, it may be a cause of a lot of traffic accidents in these countries! Something else is wrong here! Huge jaggies in ellipsoid form on the sky! My advice is that the selective color tool should be never used for the colors of the sky. Color balance tool used in reasonably moderate amount doesn't cause jaggies or any significant and even noticeable deformations! The selective color may be successfully used on he green, not that it doesn't cause the same - no, but the green is almost never (talking about landscapes) so smooth and equally presented on larger areas, leaves, grass, trees, branches...so the jaggies caused by the use of the selective colors are not so noticeable! bosshogg 4 Posted August 28, 2007 I don't know what the devil Mr. Dumas is talking about, but I find no fault with this. In fact, I think they must have been talking about this image when they coined the phrase, "Pretty as a picture." A beautiful image. Link to comment
