Very nice composition and great sharpness from the foreground to the background. The light and the colours are very nice and comfortable to watch! Great work! (Anonymous 7/7)

Hello Darius Tulbure,

I checked your portfolio and noticed that you have a different style, but I thing it is ok. Everybody see world differently. I like my composition of this photo and your description as a "sloppy" is not very helpful because it doesn't explain why you don't like it. On the contrary I think that the composition of this photo is what makes it good. There is catchy foreground leading the viewers eye into the image and three thirds rule is there too. Also I found a nice contrast between warm and cold colors and they are also appealing for recipients perception by saturated colors. I have seen many photos of this place and I stand behind mine as one of the best.

All: Thanks for comments!

Sorry Flynn n., I will tell you why IMHO I find the composition improvable. Just 2 reasons: the shaddow in the right side doesn`t add anything to the whole compo and maybe not so important, the too close framed bottom side. This is maybe just a matter of tastes. I hope you`ll find this comment more helpful. Best wishes!

Thanks Darius, this was much more helpful.

1. Shadow in this photo is creating more depth and with images taken by 15mm Fisheye on fullframe is normal to have some shadows in the composition. I found from experience that in the corners of the landscape photo is nice to have some elements like shadows or suitable objects or different light. It gives more tension and drama than plain edges. Of course it applies only to some not all photos.

2. For me is foreground plant framed just right. And if you try to use 15mm fisheye you will see that this is what you get.

Thanks again for sharing your thoughts.
