billfoster 0 Posted February 1, 2007 One of the hardest pictures to get that I've ever had. It was cloudy all day with just a patch of blue here and there, all of a sudden the sun came underneath the clouds and lit everything up with the most incredible red glow that I have ever seen. Unfortunately, I was at the beginning of climbing up a hill to take this. I had to sprint to the top of the hill and got about five shots before the glow was gone ... Link to comment
alberto.conde 0 Posted February 2, 2007 Again your efforts have been blessed with spectaculer results. I have, myself, a very similar shot but of the cathedral - a bit higher to the right - taken in similar conditions: I was driving towards Segovia from Valladolid with the intention to arrive there with the setting sun light. I had to break many rules i the book in order not to miss that light... but I succeeded! Link to comment
billfoster 0 Posted February 4, 2007 Thanks again ... this is my favorite photo from Segovia. Unfortunately, it loses a lot in the PN process. Still, it was worth the effort although it didn't seem that way when I was running up that damn hill in the snow. :-) Link to comment
