Beautiful!

A very interesting photo that contrasts beautifully with the background. A few inches stepped to the right may have allowed for her hair to separate from the buildng behind, but it's just a detail. Excellent work.

It's funny when someone points something out to you, you can't help but notice. I like this image but John is correct and now it is all I can see.

Thank you very much! Yes, now I get angry of the position I had during taking the picture (sorry for my English...), you are right, a step more to the right... Well, I made a second version of the same picture, which I cropped as a square: http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=5526248 - which one would you like more?

I think I like the original better, the spires in the background help (for me) to balance the shot.

The position is perfect from my perspective. There is only so much can be controlled before the image becomes too clinical. You have made all the suggestion of seperation of the model from the background with the control of light. Anything else removes the feeling of a creative moment during the session. Was the isolation of the model within the curves what you were trying? If so it's perfectly beautiful as it stands.

Ich muss zwar Dresden nochmal besichtigen!
