What a great shot. You have definitely captured it very well. Out of curiosity what shutter speed is this taken at?

Neat composition. I like the finger water trail and the pattern of leaves to the right of the creek. The layers in the cascade is really cool. The water appears a bit blue. Not sure if you were going for a "cooler" look or if that's a result of scanning. Great image though.

Thanks Troy and Laurent for taking time. Shutter speed was 1 second, enough for blurring the cascade while not blowing out the highlights. This was taken in shade, so the net effect was bluer actually than what you are seeing. I removed some blue but elected to keep some to give a cool contrast to the warmer colored leaves.

A beautiful shot that has been very well captured and presented. I agree with the artistic decision to leave a hint of blue. Good stuff and congrats.

Nice contrast between the warm leaves and cool water. Tryon is about 30 minutes from my house, but I have never been to the garden club, or even knew about it. Nice image!
