I think it's great that you got the feet in the frame David and that I had the opportunity to make another bad joke.

Now ....if you had made it so we could see the shoes were ...size seven?

This one is a kick, so to speak. The angle of the ladys gaze adds a great deal to the atmosphere of the image and I think I see a bit of the McCracken tilt to it. This one is fun my friend an composed well.

Well not too many things I don't like about it. In fact I'm pretty fond of it! It has humor and great technique. The thight crop works (I find that SO hard to do!). Overall a top-photo. Well done!

Albert, The money system in the UK used to be 'pounds' 'shillings' and 'pence.' We now use 'pounds' and 'pence.' 5p in todays money equals one shilling in the old money. Why 5p? Well there is a woman in the UK famed for wearing ridiculous hats. Her name is.... well... I'll let you guess!

Owen, Kind words Owen. It was taken just for fun! The elements you see in this photograph were more luck than judgment although I will take credit for the composition. In truth it was a very difficult photograph to take as the shoes kept falling of the hat. The evident tilt etc were more a matter of balance than anything else.
