This is one of my first composites made using the new "auto align layers" in CS3 Beta. Took a

while to complete with a series of hand held 8 MP shots on my old dual 800 G4, but it works

like a charm. Now everyone will be doing em!

Nice work. I'll have to try it. I did think the blue cast didn't help, and served to subdue colors on the skier. I tried this:

Your version is interesting, and does help the skier stand out, but mine is closer to the reality of a late afternoon on a shadowed north face in the winter Cascades. The light was far from optimum, but I take what I can get. I already brightend up the skier a bit and didn't want to go any further. Cheers, Jim
