He made the local business people nervous, and they called the police.

He wasn't wanted for any crimes, but the cops urged him to move on.

you have to wonder where he went when he was told to leave, he is smiling here, as if he has a secret, wonder what it is...nice picture.

What a moment you have captured here!! I know that the officer has to do his duty but it sure seems to tug at my heart. Doug, this is such a great shot!!

This scene created a dilemma for me. I had seen this guy earlier in the day, sort of pacing around behind a local business. I confess that I wondered what he was up to. I know this officer, and he is a very decent, caring man. And I can somewhat understand wanting the fellow just to move on to some other place and not make the local folks uneasy. But that just moves the problem down the road, if indeed there is a problem. My inclination would be to say that if he needs some help, then get him help. And if he doesn't need or want help, then leave him alone if he hasn't done anything illegal. But then I would also have to admit that if he were walking about behind my office, I would be uneasy too and probably want him to go on down the road.

Excellent work! What a capture...It is hard to know the right thing to do but by the stance of the police officer he does seem like he is being decent to the guy. Good shot!
