selim gecit 0 Posted January 26, 2007 You seemed to have fun on each shot Even when you take pics of loneliness or poverty one can sense the fun in them I like the happy imperfection too Your portfolio suits a very confident person who doesnt worry too much about conventional expectations of the audience and happy with what she does. Very Nice Link to comment

florin_coter 0 Posted May 12, 2009 I like very much the atmosphere, the composition, the BW tone. A young beautiful woman makes the loneliness even stronger. We do not expect her to be alone. But this provides strength, in me view. Still, there are some points to pay attention to. The fingers seems to be somehow stressed hinting to some "over directing". A half smoked cigarette should have been accompanied by a half (approximately) empty glass. If the intention was not to get "drunk" and forget, but to pick someone, then the right leg should have been more visible and "inviting". The woman in the right mirror gives the impression of waiting for the shooting to end. Any way, I wish I could make one like this. Link to comment
mauro_franic 0 Posted May 12, 2009 Nice. Less contrast overall, especially on the face and coat can make the shot more faltering. You can try not to sharpen at all and just do selective sharpening on the eyes and lips. You may even consider a soft focus filter around the eye and nose. You can then sharpen the entire shot with a radius of 80-100 to keep the overall contrasty look without forcing the detail out. Link to comment
