I'm probably going to take much flak from this, but have to be honest with my thoughts. The idea is terrific. Great imagination. I just find the walking line, rather disquieting, as it joins two vertical lines of the frame. Obviously, it bothers no one else, but see what you think. For me, it still retains the whole theme, but isolates the work from the frame.

Not that I don't like the picture! On the contrary - it so impressive that I want it to be PERFECT!

 

1. The figures must be sharper!

 

2. The line should be thinner!

 

3. The inner stroke should be thinner!

 

4. The outer stroke shouldn't be there!

 

5. The picture must be shown larger!

 

How to make the figures sharper - easy thing, just select them precisely with a polygonal lasso tool > select inverse and adjust the background color as white as the picture is inside, then just erase their surrounding. It will make them as sharp as a razor!

I appreciate the comment, Kaushik, but the work is yours. I just made a suggestion. I sharpened it as well, but decided the dreamlike softness, contrasted well with the stark frame lines. Actually, it looks great, either way. Again, congratulations.
